Professor of Law Marian Dent is the Dean of Pericles ABLE Project, she teaches courses in legal skills, international business transactions and contract law, in addition to teaching law she also runs the GMAT program and teaches the logic section of the GMAT.International Transactions
Purpose of this Course
The group for this course will consist of approximately half law students and half business students. Although the course will mainly be focusing on the legal, rather than the economic issues of international transactions, business students and law students will be expected to team up to bring their differing areas of expertise to work on group projects involving international trade and investment.

Grading
Course requirements include a five-page paper, a group project, and a take-home final exam.
Because the course is heavily discussion based attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend 40% of classes leads to immediate failure in the course and loss of credit.
The course will be graded in accordance with the following schedule:
