Purpose of this Course
The purpose of this course is to provide a forum for MBA students to develop and improve skills important for personal success in leadership and career management. This course is an experiential learning program for those who want to be more successful in managing their careers. This course will equip you with skills, habits, tools, and instruments that contribute to your overall effectiveness as either an employee or employer. The learning environment of the course will consist of both in-class and independent learning. Guest speakers will be utilized to provide a rich and dynamic aspect of this course in addition to the faculty involved. Several group learning assignments will be used to reinforce course material.

Grading
Grading of this course will be based on assignments, final project, class presentations and class participation.
Because the course is heavily discussion based attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend 40% of classes leads to immediate failure in the course and loss of credit.
The course will be graded in accordance with the following schedule:
